ROBERT HURN HOWES, Deceased.
Pursuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35, intituled ?' An Act to amend, the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees." NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claim against the estate of Robert Hurn Howes, late ot the Adam and Eve Public-house, in the parish of Saint Helen, in the city of Norwich, Publican, deceased (who died on the 13th day of January, I860, and letters of administration, with the will, of whose personal estate were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, at the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Norwich, to Robert Howes, one of the natural and lawful children of the said deceased, and, as such, one of the residuary legatees substitute 1 in the said will, on the
20th day of January, 1880), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claim to me, on or before the 10th day of March next, at the expiration of which time the said administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parlies entitled thereto, having regard to the claims which such administrator has then notice; and shall not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed to any parson of whose claim he shall not
